What this release stores
A registered account stores your email address, role, password hash, recovery-code hash, saved study choices and research plans. Your password and recovery code are not stored as readable text. Account registration does not enrol you in research. Do not enter information about children or real participant responses.
Purpose and access
These records support sign-in, private planning, account recovery and your saved study list. Plans are restricted to your account. The operator and hosting administrators may access stored records for support, security and recovery. Researcher accounts cannot browse other accounts' plans. No advertising or third-party AI processing is used, and this release sends no emails.
Cookies and logs
Essential session and anti-forgery cookies keep sign-in and forms working. The server keeps ordinary access/security logs that may include IP address, request path and time. Demo workspaces expire after 24 hours and are removed by an hourly cleanup job. They are separate from registered planning accounts.
Retention and your choices
Planning accounts remain until you close them or request removal. You can remove saved study choices and close your account under Account settings. Recent private database backups are rotated, retaining up to 14 copies; removal from the live account is not immediate removal from every backup. Contact the operator for access, correction or deletion questions.
Before real studies
Real studies will need separate participant information, consent, data-use and retention details. Neither registering nor saving a study replaces those steps.
The main-site planner keeps its work in your browser. Transfer opens a temporary preview in the app tab; the link fragment is removed from the address bar and is not sent in the HTTP request. This preview uses session storage, expires after 24 hours and is removed after import or when you discard it. Saving to the server requires a researcher account and a separate confirmation.
